The LeGrand Fountain Pen, crafted from blue precious resin, draws inspiration from the first leg of the voyage, where Phileas Fogg, travels from London to Bombay by steamboat, crossing the Mediterranean Sea and passing through the Suez Canal.
The cap is intricately engraved with symbolic elements from the story: gentle ocean waves, card suits referencing Fogg’s passion for whist, and a cartouche featuring a finely lasered image of a steamboat. Embossed on the cap top is the timeline of this leg of the journey, 18 days from London to Bombay, alongside the total 80-day expedition.
