ONLINE REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We understand that there may be times when you wish to return your goods and we want to make sure that this is as easy as possible for you to do.

 

Things to consider before returning your goods

Without prejudice to your rights as a consumer and your statutory rights, before returning any goods please note:

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of bespoke jewellery that has been made to order

 

Faulty or incorrect goods

At Michael Spiers, we want to ensure that you get the dream piece that you were expecting, so if you need to return an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part, then we want to rectify this for you. We will refund the full price that you paid for the goods along with paying the Royal Mail Special Delivery costs. Information on your rights and obligations in returning faulty or incorrect goods are set out in clause 9 of our terms and conditions.

 

Change of mind

In addition to your rights to return goods that are faulty or incorrect, we know that sometimes you might just have a change of heart. So, if you want to cancel your purchase within this 14 days cooling off period, and if there has been no error on our part, we will refund the price that you paid for the goods only. You will be responsible for all costs in returning the goods to us. Information on your rights and obligations in returning goods during the cooling off period are set out in clause 10 of our terms and conditions.

 

Returns Process

Please ensure that all goods are returned in accordance with the returns process set out below.

  • Please contact us before returning your goods. This can be done by either emailing shop@michaelspiers.co.uk or calling 01752 422078;
  • Returns should be posted within 14 of receiving the goods;
  • If multiple items are being returned please contact us to let us know which item you want returned;
  • Please include your original packing slip;
  • Please ensure that any goods include their original packaging and that the outer box is securely sealed;
  • Returns should be shipped through Royal Mail Special Delivery. We do not accept liability for returned goods that are not sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery;
