Book a Repair Service
To book a jewellery repair service, simply bring your treasured pieces to one of our four Showrooms across the South West. Our Showroom team will carry out an initial assessment of your jewellery and talk you through the repair process.
Your pieces will then be sent to our dedicated jewellery workshop, where our experienced goldsmiths undertake a detailed inspection and recommend the most appropriate repairs. Once these recommendations are approved by you, the repair work will begin.
The process typically takes 2–3 weeks, after which your jewellery will be returned to the showroom, ready for collection.
