Renowned family-run jeweller Michael Spiers has achieved the prestigious status of becoming an Official Rolex Authorised Service Centre at its Exeter and Taunton showrooms.
The accreditation follows on from the opening of our Rolex Authorised Service Centre in Plymouth back in August 2022 and is a significant step in our continued partnership between Michael Spiers and Rolex.
The honour means that our Rolex-trained technicians are now on hand to provide you with an elevated level of service to ensure your watches continue to perform flawlessly. Expert Rolex-trained technicians in our cutting-edge workshop are trained according to strict excellence criteria and assessed regularly by Rolex.
The opening of our Rolex Authorised Service Centres means we can now service your watch from our Truro, Exeter, Plymouth and Taunton stores.

All of our stores - in Taunton, Exeter, Plymouth and Truro - are authorised Rolex retailers. The latest step in the relationship between Rolex and Michael Spiers follows a period of investment by us. In 2020, we completed a renovation and expansion of our Truro shop, followed by the relocation to a much larger Plymouth store in May 2022. We also opened the doors to our relocated Taunton store in November 2023 and a larger store in Exeter in September 2024.
Michael Spiers, established in 1957, is driven by a dedicated team of 50 across its four stores. Its team of extraordinary watchmakers, led by Alex, have worked diligently alongside director James Walker to bring the expansion of its Rolex Service Centre project to fruition. With the retail stores at the heart of the business, the addition of Rolex Authorised Service Centre for two more of its showrooms further enhances the brand partnership and its long-term commitment to providing exceptional service.
