2025: A Year in Review

2025 has been another exceptional year for everyone at Michael Spiers. We have seen remarkable growth across the business, welcomed fantastic new members to our team, and proudly launched our Wedding Suite at the Exeter Showroom. Most importantly, we have had the privilege of helping thousands of people celebrate life’s most meaningful moments, and that is something we could not be prouder of. Here is to thousands more.

From engagements and weddings to anniversaries and milestones, being part of so many special occasions is at the heart of what we do. Every piece we create and every customer we welcome, reflects the passion, craftsmanship, and care that define Michael Spiers.

To celebrate, we are looking back on a year filled with exciting achievements and memorable moments, sharing a review of all the wonderful news from across the business. As we look ahead, we are incredibly excited for what 2026 will bring.

Unveiled in February, we are incredibly proud to welcome you to our Exeter Wedding Suite. Nestled at 22–23 Cathedral Yard, directly opposite the iconic Exeter Cathedral, our Exeter Showroom revealed its latest addition, an elegant and thoughtfully curated space dedicated to wedding jewellery.

Designed to offer a warm, intimate, and relaxing environment, the Michael Spiers Wedding Suite allows couples to enjoy a truly personal experience as they select the pieces that will accompany them on one of life’s most meaningful days. Every detail of the suite has been carefully considered to ensure comfort, privacy, and an atmosphere that reflects the significance of the moment.

Throughout the year, we have had the pleasure of welcoming hundreds of couples into the Wedding Suite, sharing in their excitement and helping them find jewellery that perfectly complements their love story. Being part of so many cherished moments has been a privilege, and it has been a wonderful opportunity to help elevate each couple’s special day.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has visited the Exeter Wedding Suite so far. We look forward to welcoming many more couples in the years to come and continuing to be part of your most treasured celebrations.

2025 was a landmark year for Michael Spiers, marked by a series of truly unforgettable events. From intimate gatherings to larger-scale experiences, it has been a genuine pleasure to welcome so many guests into our world and share moments that brought people together in meaningful ways. We are already looking ahead with excitement for next year.

Alongside this, we proudly unveiled our latest jewellery pieces within the Aya Collection: Beautiful, Colourful, Divine. Featuring six captivating gemstones, each design offers a fresh and contemporary interpretation of vintage-inspired style. Thoughtfully created for mixing and layering, each of the jewellery pieces embodies our vision of individuality, choice, and personal expression, allowing each piece to be worn uniquely and create your own story.

Launched in October, the Aya Collection marks an exciting milestone as one of our latest signature collections, reflecting both our heritage and our forward-looking design ethos. The response has been wonderful, and we are thrilled to see the pieces embraced in so many personal and creative ways.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are already planning to expand our offerings, with designs that celebrate craftsmanship, elegance, and timeless beauty. This next chapter promises to further elevate our jewellery while remaining true to the values that define Michael Spiers.

It is with profound sadness that the Michael Spiers family announced, on 9th October, the passing of our beloved Chairman, Keith White MBE. We are deeply heartbroken to have lost an extraordinary man who meant so much not only to our company, but also to his family, his community, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Keith was a true gentleman in every sense, always dapper, endlessly kind, and generous with both his time and his humour. His leadership, warmth, and unwavering values helped shape Michael Spiers into what it is today, and his influence extended far beyond the business.

Keith’s legacy will live on through the company he helped build, the sporting world he so passionately championed, and the countless lives he touched along the way. He will be remembered with great affection, respect, and gratitude, and he will be deeply missed.

This Christmas has been especially meaningful for everyone at Michael Spiers, and to make the season truly memorable, we proudly launched our very first animated story, marking the beginning of something truly special. 

Introducing the enchanting tale of George and Florence, this animation was lovingly created to capture the heart, heritage, and spirit of Michael Spiers.

On Christmas Eve, George is inspired to make the season unforgettable for Florence. With the help of his trusty fishing rod, he captures a shining star from the night sky, transforming it into the perfect gift: a symbol of love, care, and timeless romance. Celebrating their enduring bond, this story captures the magic of giving and the moments that truly matter. We are incredibly proud of the animation, with the support from our local animators from Pushed, and the response has been nothing short of wonderful.

Looking ahead, we are excited to continue their journey, with future chapters that will explore more of George and Florence’s story, as well as the next generation, including the adventures of their son, Henry. This is only the beginning of a story that will grow alongside Michael Spiers in the years to come.

As for Christmas itself, it has been a wonderfully busy and joyful season. We were delighted to welcome so many of you into our showrooms, sharing in the excitement of finding meaningful gifts for your loved ones.
